My guess it's German and probably 1970s maybe later. You see made up Anglo brand names. Sometimes the paper label will show the source but most of the time there isn't any company mark. You came also check to see if the name is trademarked.

Yes, I loved the unusual bash on it, it had a real "rakes" look to it but alas a black one of anything will just sit in my closet.

There is just so much wrong about the history of this claim. Al Capone had been dead at least a couple DECADES before this hat was even made. I will offer $50 bucks to see if they will take it.
