How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

The clearest example for me was a Belstaff jacket, called the Blaster. When it was released I thought it looked ghastly, a horrible hotch potch of gimmicky mutations to their standard Trialmaster style.

Here's one:

And yet somehow, over the intervening years, I have become smitten with all the things that initially made me dislike the showyoffyness of it: the pocket on the back, the awkward single chest pocket, the deliberate contrasting material of the belt and shoulder patch.

I now have eBay alerts set up to ping whenever one is listed, and I live in hope that one day there'll be one in my size that I can afford.

Good example- Thanks. These 3/4 type jackets had no appeal to me originally but now I am warming to them- Maybe something in brown leather?

Just bought a second rancher trucker. Same jacket from a week ago but the blond version with a smooth Sherpa. WTH happened to me!??! I'm only marginally excited for my 50's HB to arrive (built to the nuts mind you) but somehow over the moon about these:

Not the best fitting jackets, although surprisingly well made...I dunno why. Why!?!!? I'm going to blame monitor b/c it's close to a trucker, but lined with sleeping bag stuffing. Let this be a cautionary tale to all y'all collectors. THIS is what it looks like when you've been in the game too long. 1982. JC Penny.
Call for an ambulance. This brother has strayed off the reservation, perhaps too far to ever return...

I am of the opinion that buying another was a wise choice. Why? Because why buy one when you can have two at twice the price.

Lol it's different! The sherpa is a different colour, fuzzier and... I think the buttons are different too. And it's beautiful at that. These are the best. Nicer than regular sherpa truckers. Totally justifies a purchase.

Pics to come probably next week. In the mail and I will be at my brother’s wedding for the next 3-4 days.

Great deal on an Aero NYPD police jacket, size 42. These are rare, no longer made and this one seems to be brand new! Only $300 which is as good a deal as you'll get for this baby, IMO. I'd jump on it right this second if it was smaller./QUOTE]

At that price it's worth it just in case you have a need to dress as one of the village people for Halloween.

Well, I put in a low offer on an older Walter Dyer Jacket (cafe style w/o chest pockets and handwarmer pockets) and the seller just accepted. Late night infomercial type purchase. Looks to be in very good condition, we shall see. I definitely need to thin my herd a bit.

I’m bad at posting on here, but great at scrolling (mostly due to my hatred for having to take pictures) but, I figured I’d share a few of the jackets I’ve picked up in the past 4 or 5 months. I have a couple coming in this week that I‘m excited about including a woman’s original Harley Cycle Queen from the 50’s. Hope you enjoy the flurry of pictures.

Nice bunch. I particularly like the green label steerhide one. Must have been one like that which inspired the Aero Bootlegger. The Hercules D Pocket is awesome, too. You rarely see them in such great condition.
