Incredible!! Too funny, that Benny would be wearing MY shirt...

Thanks!

Have a good day,
Michael
A couple things Michael.
1. Nice hat!
2. The last few days some of your pics are 3D! Awesome!! Really adds perspective!
3. Since nobody has asked i will. What is that wooden chair?? you’re lookin at??
It’s beautiful work?
I was gonna joke and ask if it was the new sissybar/seat for your bike but won’t. I mean, you are Michael. It could be!!

I like the style of that Cavanagh Milan. I have a similar looking Dobbs Panama in dark blue.
You can tell that Randoph supplies the USAF just by looking at the model names.
I like the "Yeager" shades best; Chuck Yeager (from the German "Jäger" = hunter) was a bad-ass fighter- and test-pilot.
And a good old WV boy that used a Weatherby magnum!!

Today I'm wearing the hat in my avatar...it's an old Beaver Brand that somehow ended up resembling a fedora over the years. It's taken a beating and been soaked down to the DNA that had it reverting back to a felt cone once. While it was out of commission I soaked it in leftover coffee which gave it a light tan tone. Then some blocking until dry, steaming, creasing, and TLC brought it back.

Brim curled to perfection... lovely!
Thank you, Alan. A compliment indeed from the brim curl master.

I was very pleased how this one turned out after a brush, little stretch, and some steam. Amazing how a little can go a long way [emoji4]

So nice, Eric! Those unreeded sweatbands are like warm socks. They’re great! That one is a prime cut.

I'm loving on some of my own non reeded. They're extremely comfortable, and I have a very boring standard oval noggin.

I am hand delivering hats to my grandchildren in 2 days, and I built them with my own reeded sweats, using brim plastic, 1.25 mm instead of 85 mm. Reeded does make a strong hat. I expect these to survive a 5 year old and 3 year old twins much longer than I origionally expected.

The Byer Rolnick is a beauty; gives me memories of my dad. It could be even a bit more recent.
Pop, June 1971... SEE!!

Thanks Scott! Yeah, he was an ol' blue eyes, for sure. My oldest brother inherited those genes, and the girls loved him.

Me? People in the street are usually offering me a banana...

P.S. I took that picture at Logan airport on the day he was leaving for Civil Service in Viet Nam. I'm lucky enough to still have the camera (Leica) and lens, and I can now use the lens(es) with a camera body I picked up about a month ago!!
