Trying to send out my first pic. Hope it works. Pretty day and wore this St Regis to Church. It got some attention and I was able to talk about fedoras to inquiring people. Love discussing fedora history-as much as I am able. This late fifty’s burg is the mintiest I own, other than a Stetson bowler from the nineteen ten’s or twenty’s.
You all here at the lounge have such beauties! I’m jealous, too. [emoji6]

Heading to church in my Mallory Fifteen, Duplex Edge. Art Fawcett cleaned and rebuilt it to fit my 7 3/8 noggin (slipped it in just before he retired). That took some off the crown, but I'm still very happy with it.

Unrelated, but fun: also taking my new AceMarks blue monk straps for their maiden voyage.

Sorry about “the look”. I was merely in deep concentration mode trying to figure out how to hold a phone for a hat selfie. I’m new to this tech stuff. My last phone was a Motorola Razor. Serious! LOL. Are there any tips on how to correct my sideways Avatar pic ?
It’d be more correct if the pic was backwards! [emoji12]

Anyway, here’s just another OR from the late forty’s or early fifties. I’ll be wearing it to church tonight.
Maybe y’all can help me pinpoint the birth of this hat closer.

Great looking OR, Randall. Post photos of the inside and any labels, especially under the sweat band. Folks here are very friendly, accomodating and helpful. I'm sure Stetson experts on the FL will be able to pinpoint a date or at least an approximate one. Always good to see a new face under "new" hats.

Forgot the insides, sorry. Here we go.

I stretched it an eighth to fit my one quarter noggin with no damage to the hat and the crown is yet plenty square. The 8th inch tag has ten dollar price. Wow. No money could buy it now[emoji7]
