That's a lovely hat. Did the camera catch the color? A spruce tone of green?

I think it's more blue. It could be the dusk lighting. Here is another earlier photo. It's a unique color.

The Princeton is nice, but I Love the Hanover Square, Stephan! The thing I like about your Bob Roberts styled hat is, I finally see that you have eyes. [emoji4]
Where are you standing for the most of your pics?
And why there? Just curious.
Don’t know who this Bob is, but I’ve been contemplating whether or not to do one of my hats in this fashion. Never liked it before, but It’s been growing on me. And if YOU’re doing it, it must be okay. [emoji6]

I do have 'm! Reason why you don't see them in most of my selfies is that I want to show more of the hat and then the brim gets in the way. My pics are taken at the back entrance of my house, which is a small alley, and I take them there because the light is good and it's a bit more private, so I don't feel too selfconscious about taking selfies.
Bob Roberts is/was one of our esteemed members here, but he got banned unfortunately. He perfected the brim-up look, so most of the members here know exactly what Bob Roberts style means. Not every hat is suited for the brim-up look by the way. The more pronounced the brim flange the less it's suitable to be worn brim up. This Dobbs is about the only hat I can wear that way without looking goofy.:)

The felt is really malleable, sometimes even too much.
It was for some years in the box of the probably sold, once it had a walk with me, it has become a faithful companion

Can't go wrong with a misto, Daniele. Its haircut is well behaved it seems.

Tapatalk has been trying to get me to join its VIP scheme for a while. Started by only being allowed to post one photo at a time, now its saying I've posted 10 photos already this month and can't post more unless I pay for the VIP.
The cost is negligible, but just want to hear if any other Loungers have gone through this and are VIP members on Tapatalk?

I upgraded to Tapatalk Pro a couple years ago and I’ve never been asked the join VIP, in fact, this is the first I’ve heard of it.

Very unusual brim treatment, Brent. Never seenthat before. Could it be a later modification?

There are a few of these hats floating around and they all have the same brim treatment; I’m sure it’s original to the hat. Bob Roberts has one and that was the first time I saw it. I’m not really enamored with it, but it is different.

I think it suits you and your outdoor life nicely, Brent. Great autumn colour combo and overall shape in my opinion.
