I really like that one Bob. The felt, color, band... everything but the mad face!

Now, you cut that look very well, Bob!
Matter of fact, I like it on you even more than the western hats, but I like that look, too, of course.
Wish I didn’t, but I look silly in a pork pie. At least I feel that way.
Nice Dobbs!

Very cool ribbon

Thanks guys. I think these Porkies work for me and I agree that some of the westerns might not. Unlike Jerry I do "wanna be a cowboy" much of the time.

A few pics of my finished hat tools and stands that I’ve built recently.
Might have $10 in materials in them.
The Randal Alan block and flanger were about $270 together. I probably couldn’t build them to the measurements and smoothness needed, so didn’t mind buying those.
Made this piece into a 3 in one stand.
I can use it for a flange stand, block stand and a retainer stand.
The retainer is tapered and made to fit in a hat after it’s been stretched so I can continue using my stretcher in other hats while the retainer keeps the prior hat from shrinking back.
Plus, I can use the retainer and stand for hand sewn binding.
