How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

I went ahead and paid for the shipping already. So, if I have to wait, so be it. Did you ask why it was taking so long?

I gots a feeling they'll hustle up to get that jacket finished on time since you are making the effort to pick up the jacket in person. I last emailed them in the middle of June and was told the panels of my jacket has already been cut but one of his associates got hurt in a bike accident so there will be delays in production time

He said he would do his best, but he does have to have the tannery thin out the leather down to .8-.9 mm, so we shall see. I'm sure I will get it in time for our 20 minute winter season. LOL

Well the IH natural horsehide jacket arrived yesterday and it was a bit too tight for my liking. I was a little surprised because the numbers looked almost exactly the same as another jacket I have from them that fits with room to spare. What I had failed to take into account was that this jacket has no action back and so there was no extra give when reaching up or forward.
It was a perfect photo fit though, looked great as long as I just stood there and didn’t move…. I should’ve snapped a couple pictures but I didn’t want to wear the jacket any longer than I had to because I was afraid of putting a mark on the pristine white hide.
Fortunately for me they make a larger size and I have already sent the first jacket back for exchange. I was very happy with the weight and softness of the leather and anybody who has handled the natural horsehide from the Comipel Tannery in Italy knows how incredibly nice it smells.
I can’t wait to see the new one!
Looking forward to the new pics

I think this is the same leather that Aero sells as unfinished HH. I love it and is currently my favorite jacket.
Yes it is! I had an Aero x Epaulet collaboration made from this leather and it was truly something special. I picked it up used and unfortunately the sleeves were a bit too short for me so I ended up giving it to an ex girlfriend who wears it well…
The fact that the unfinished HH Aero is your favorite jacket really says something considering the quality and breadth of your collection!

I’ve been looking for a natural jacket for a while now and I decided to jump on this Y2 jacket

Y'2 LEATHER

KAKISHIBU PERSIMMON TANNED HORSEHIDE TYPE JACKET (KB-140-T)

sorry for the obnoxious font in my cut and paste above. My first brand new jacket in quite some time, my first from Y2 and my first natural coloured
hide. I should have the jacket Monday and fingers crossed for an excellent fit.

There were two on eBay (38 & 40). I ended up going with the larger one which leaves the 38 for someone who is a 36ish. The seller on that one has been very helpful with all the measurements, so if anyone wants to be Leather Brothers- I’m game. :)
Let me know if you ever see a 44 long, or a 46. That is totally groovy!

Hi, this one's on it's way to me ... Langlitz Columbia with mandarin collar. Looks like the collar is a modificaction, as there are snaps for a regular w collar remaining...

Amazing jacket, Mysteryo! I remember seller used "cossack collar" in the auction description. What's the difference between mandarin and cossack collar? I've made a research but nothing instructive found.

Will you touch it up with more coating of paint? Can't wait to see the finished piece
no I will leave it be, this is the cheating start to get a faded leather jacket I would ever get to fade in my own lifetime... :D

Apparently the blotchiness was not that severe from this morning when I check, cloudy black, but not corpselike the way pictured yesterday. I like the round cutout for the pocket, the raw edges is polished before, being joined with the welt.
