Today is tweed with hare hat. Spotted a few on this forum and fell for their charm so had a custom one made. On cooler and wetter days I can understand why they were/are popular in alpine areas.

Can't see any of the hat pics, Steve.......Mayser "Speczial", possibly mid 1950s. Sharp looking Thin Ribbon / Bow design. I found this Soft Felt back in 2010.
Mayser Hat Display Stand possibly late 1950s early 1960s. I received this as gift back in 2010.

Rather wet day yesterday and today looks the same. Heading out for coffee and errands while its still dry under a nice older Royal Deluxe Open Road. I keep hoping beyond hope to someday find a proper period correct liner for this one. Great condition but liner missing. I love these older straighter, taller Open Road much more than the short tapered modern ones

Hi! It's been a while.
I own over 600 hats, and have decided to sell most. I live in Mexico City, and the cost of shipping by DHL or Fedex is high, so I plan to visit my new grandson in NJ in about a month, take some of my hats with me, and leave them in my son's home to be shipped to buyers after I leave.
Pictures of most of my hats are in Instagram, max.tejeda2018
If anyone is interested, please let me know.
