Yeah **** has this thing that looks like band-aid to "fix" photos. It's a bit tricky so you'd have to take some time to figure it out to make it look real. Also there is Paint.Net Both of these are Open Source (Free). :)

Not at all! I think it really just depends on your body and if you can get away without it then go for it! :) I haven't had the chance to buy one or even try one on other than my small wedding one which wasn't a full girdle and that worked for me.
