Sahara and Old Copper.
2 3/8 bound brim - shallow flange, 5 1/4 finished crown, ~1 1/2 Old Copper gills bow. A super light weight and soft felt. I am very proud of this one. The bow has a definite orange cast that doesn't seem to show up as well in pictures as in person. I told Michael to find something that shines like "a new copper penny". He dug through his stash of old ribbon and came up with this. I think he met the challenge!

Great looking hat and I dig the gills. Very close to the color combo of my Gus Miller.
First I've seen one of his hats with 100X on it. That's new.

He still has 5 offerings in sweats but I guess I didn't save the pic. Looks like Randy & I both chose the Antique finish. I have one in the Mushroom finish which is a soft light color with no gloss to it. It is very soft & comfortable but it does stain & mark up rather easily, if that concerns someone. Besides those two he offers a darker brown, black, & a gray I believe.

I need to find time for detail pics in the outdoors. Using flash inside tends to create shadows.

He still offers a brown & a black liner, & the 5 types of sweats mentioned earlier.
I just discovered some other filters I never knew about before. Wish I had a Sepia filter for some old timey pics.

With a dress weight felt & a bound edge I would say it takes ~1/8" of brim. If you chose a Raw Edge it might take a bit more brim for stiffness. Hope that answers your question.

I haven't done a side by side comparison yet but I see no difference in brim, curl or blocking compared to my other one.

Thanks Scooterz! I was just thinking maybe I should force myself to go eat BBQ & drink Bud Light during Happy Hour tonight so I can try & duplicate the Natural hat pics with the black one.
