It makes sense that you would enjoy it, you have good taste in food and beverages; at least to me that is. It is a very entertaining beverage. It has definitely grown in its popularity. I tend to have a few cases in the Beer Fridge just in case.

At a Dwight Yoakum concert last Saturday night. I asked the "bartender" for bourbon, he looked like a deer in the headlights. I then said whiskey? He didn't know but started looking at bottles, offering me Captain Morgan Rum. I said no, but I noticed some Dewars Scotch, and said that will do. He picked up a plastic cup and nearly filled it. Most generous shot I was poured that evening!

If I had had a plastic cup full of straight Dewars, I'd have spent the night in a hospital, not hotel, room.
Great story though. As I see the "measured pour" caps at more and more concerts, outdoor events, etc., the days of your fun happenstance are, sadly, becoming fewer and fewer.
