$600 US - and that volume is is fair to good condition. Fine/Fine+ are much

I could have sworn there was an active recent thread about this book, but I can't find it.

Anyway, I just purchased a copy, and I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival.

That's the one -- now why didn't that turn up in a search? I searched on "esquire," "esquire's," and "encyclopedia." So frustrating.

I ,ahem,"liberated" my copy from Clacton on sea College Library in 1977,certain sections of the book are well thumbed !I often wonder if I should sell it but i suppose the shipping costs would be huge!
