I thought a thread to this effect would have existed but after a search of "photography" and "photos" nothing turned up. There must be other amateur (or professional) photographers on the Lounge other than me, so please post your photography here whether it's vintage inspired or not. I only got into this two weeks ago after meeting up with an old friend who is quite a keen photographer and got me into it. I found an East German Praktica LTL 3 (manufactured 1975-78) in a charity shop which works and takes reasonably good pictures on modern 35mm colour film. Here are the best pictures of my first film: St Mary's Church, Stafford (the angle was so I could fit more of the church in) The Soup Kitchen, Stafford Stafford Combined (Crown and County) Court Victoria Park, Stafford This is just the slightly noirish corner of my bedroom. The canal under the tram bridge, Nottingham. This part of the film was quite badly light damaged as my camera decided to open up when I picked it up ruining the end of my film, but in my opinion this picture was actually improved by the light damage.
