Has anyone bought or seen the Stauer A2 that was advertised in WWII History magazines?
It was sold for three payments of $33 + S&H.

Hmm. A jacket sold by a watch company. No idea of the maker, so quality is a guess.

And you get exactly one picture, which shows the generously oversized cut.

Tailoring under the arms? Well that's as may be, but the rest of it just looks baggy, which is a hallmark of low-priced leathers. Not a period look at all, especially not with the distressed leather, which is invariably artificial-looking.

I'm thinking you could get a lightly used Cooper off eBay for that kind of money and have something that's at least current mil. spec. rather than a blah imitation of same. And probably better fitting.
