This video is an advertisement for a bicycle, but what I really would like to know is what kind of hat he is wearing with that super sharp three piece suit?
also since we are on the topic of super sharp, that suit pattern is really impressive is that what is called a window pain design?.

It's called a cycling cap... seriously. Three piece caps with the short low visor, f.i. Walz makes 'em. I made one myself from a pattern I found online once. But this is a very nice one. Let me know where and when you find one.

Here's a pattern you might use: check out the one on the right.

Full size patterns for several workmen's caps ranging in date from 1813 to 1850. The military cap was not regulation but they are seen in visual records. This pattern includes documentation, choice of fabrics, hints and illustrated directions.
