    Thank you, Perry. Always appreciated.

Thanks, B he's very protective of his herd, hats or otherwise.

Thank you. This is a 60's hat that is difficult to compare to OR's unless they are at least 7X CB or 100 quality and as far as I know there is no 100 OR but there are 100's that are essentially OR clones. I have one and maybe this hat was built to compete with those though it has a raw edge and the bow is different than than that on an OR. The felt on this one is soft and malleable from the tip of the crown to the edge of the brim. The felt is as dense as any I've handled and owned including 3 7X CB's and a Stetson 100. The crowns on the 7X hats will accept almost any crease w/o steam but only the Canadian model has a pliable brim. This hat feels thinner than any of the others I've mentioned but it's difficult to compare them as the other hats have bound brims or a mode edge. In the side by side hat comparisons you can find the comparison I did between my Cav and Stetson.

Some Stetson Diamond Jim action for this weekend. Got a few firearms related activities this weekend, so I found it appropriate [emoji275][IMG][IMG]

So today we're rolling out the Robley!!
This one was a surprise. It's actually a Dobbs twenty, possibly a second which was rebranded...

The clouds opened up at the end of the road just long enough to get a good view of the Nā Pali coast.

Charlie, super looking short brimmed lid, yet again. Bonus it's a Dobbs in disguise. You always look like the cool, doesn't play by the rules cop from a 70s tv show. I'm envious [emoji145]

Art didn't have a name for it. It was from a roll of vintage ribbon he had. It's a steel blue/gray.

Two hat Friday. Earlier in the day, the firm green felt, wide ribboned, back bow Battersby. Later in the evening, the very soft, velvety, Tonak Antelope. Scorsese has his Irishman. I have the Dutchman [emoji4][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Thank you kindly, Steve!
Maybe it’s just luck, but I also read this week that (70’s) plaid pants are back in vogue. I wasn’t aware they were “out,” and I’m still ready...

Your über-wide ribbon on that back-bowed Battersby is one of my all-time favorites!!

Crofut and Knapp stingy brim for Christmas lights duty today.

Not all stingies are created equally... while this ones brim is only about 1.5 inches... it sports a Cavanagh edge on its trim and a wind trolley.
