Fabulous! Great find and kudos to Ignacio.
Thank you, Alan. I've found that over a third of all my hats are from Italy. A good number of hard-hitters are still to come. A bit like the one you were wearing!
Thanks, Randall. I have considered taking it off actually, but it does works for this one and it is something different.
Thanks, Jeff. Colours was something the Italians certainly knew how to do!
Thanks, Michael. Wool was a specialty of the hatters from Monza.
Good to have some long-hair hat weather to wear that one. Michael. If the forecasts are to be trusted we'll be having some suitable weather here next week as well.
Very nice, Perry.
Is it really that purple, Max?
I keep having problems with the pictures in your posts, Alan. Which is a shame because I'm missing all the best hats that way.
Thanks, Steve. The week isn't over yet.
Beautiful hat. I really like the blue hue to the grey felt. And the ribbon is gorgeous of course.
Nice parade of hats, Joe. The Borsalino Ceasar cleaned up nice and the Adam is a stunner.
Very nice, Bill.
Another beauty, Steve. Great finds.
Looking good, Reggie.
Looks good to me!
As well you should: it's a great hat!
The other Italians of this week.
Borsalino Bismuto (no liner)
Maviso Superfine lobbia in dark blue
Vintage Akubra Stylemaster for me. A Maxim for my wife.
I can see why it's a groovy hat! I like the reddish color tone.
Thank you Stefan
love that Bismuto.. the dog on the liner of the Alessandra looks like he has bad intentions. LOL
Yes, the image function is not working correctly in Google Chrome. The images do upload and display fine in Safari. Here are the links to the most recent post. Nothing you haven't seen before... ;^)
Personally I was getting used to the record high temps of last week. At this time of year something around 72 is a record, t was very comfortable. Downright wintry today. So another long hair will show up.
love that Alessandria. Looks like that dog will hunt.

Have a good Sunday,
Rainy day to preach the Gospel but it's all good. Cheap "beater" rain hat. Hope everyone has a blessed day!
Been favoring this Falcon Park the past several days, though not getting out much.
I was digging through boxes in my closet this morning and found this Dobbs 16.50 that I forgot I had.
Just found this gem earlier today!! Reblocking and reshaping today!! It’s a Dobbs does anyone know what year it was made? It’s in excellent condition. I could’ve swore I saw Eric wearing the same one. Cheers everyone!
I love when that happens! That’s a good looking one Dale.
It is in bright sunlight, Stefan
Thank you for the nice sentiments Deacon! We can all use them!
It has been too long since I posted my sartorial expeditions into the Covid wasteland. Today's foray to the Safeway Thunder dome called for a vintage hand painted late 50s tie and my custom Black Cherry fedora from Mike Miller at NW Hats. The gray blazer is a Goodwill snag and my navy Ferragamo brogue oxfords were fished out of the 'bay. For some reason, I was the only person in the store wearing this level of couture, I just don't understand...
