What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

Hey all!
The wind, cold and rain can't dampen my spirits on this most green of days. Off to visit the dispensary in the green Monza Mystery by Paleari with it's Italian claims and American looking tags, it seems perfect for the occasion.

Have a great day!
Any time you can wear a velour is a good time. Very nice, John.

Today, my Mode edge Stetson Twenty......... View attachment 420157
Killer hat, Mark. Unusual contrast between ribbon and felt.

First non-felt of the year, A monti blocked by the folks up in Chicago. View attachment 420225
A work of art, Vic.

This slim-brimmed Berteil recently acquired from Stefan fits well under an umbrella, so it was the choice for a day of unsettled weather.

Have a great day!
Good to see it in action, John.

Beautiful hat, Jim.

You know it's going to be a good day when a box of 5 hats arrive from our man in the Netherlands.

I decided to wear this one of the 5 on my current trip to Copenhagen. Will reveal the others in due course.

Hückel with a wonderful blue felt and cool ribbon and bow treatment.

Looks more blue now than when I had it! You wear it well, Steve.
Not that it needs any bells or whistles. Beautiful hat, Jim.

Hey all!

This Wilke, also recently arrived from NL, is today's choice. It is a more modern hat, about the same proportions as my '78 Borsalino Torino, so I' m assuming it is of that general time frame.

Have a great day!
It certainly deserves a second chance, John. Looks good.

I do have a couple of very dark navy blue ones - a Borsalino Anello and a Dobbs Homburg, both picked up from fellow Loungers. Strangely enough, I no longer have any greys. I’m getting rid of one I didn’t enjoy wearing (Barbara Habig) and I gave my other one (Véritable Feutre de Poil from an unknown French maker that I got from Daniele) to Etsuko as it was a bit tight.
Just for your information ;)

Stefan, your hats are the perfect example of sheer elegance, class, style, and sophistication, how I look forward to Sundays.
The Mossant Bayard Gris blanc please, but maybe with a lighter coloured hatband.

Thank you, Robert. I'm still hoping some of that elegance, etc. from the hats will seep through to the wearer ;)

Another grand week of hats, Stefan. The Mossant Angola was probably my favorite, but there isn’t a runt in the litter.

Good morning. Yesterday evening I was out and about in a Gannon Executive (gilled, moss green beaver fedora).

My morning jaunt found me under the brim of a Stetson Twenty Sovereign Mode Mdge fedora. A real mouthful of Stetson labeling.

Loving the colour Eric and just about everything else about it too. You can certainly give Stefan some serious competition.
khaki trousers green fedora 018.JPG
Green was my choice of colour today, not a beautiful Gannon of course, my oversized cranium needs a made to measure titfer, (corrupted rhyming slang, tit for tat, hat,) so it's bespoke, as are the shoes, trousers and shirt.

Thanks, Brent. The runt is inside the hats :D

The Gannon looks cool, but the Stetsons win this round. Exceptional hats, Eric.

Great lineup… the Dalton and Mossant standing out for sure
Thanks, Joe.

But then you are a spoken for gentleman, Robert. Can't imagine the mrs. would let you go.
