Esther Weis https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/esther-weis-millinery.86447/ made this hat for me. She matched the linen suit colour just from a photograph. The hat is modelled on The Stetson Stratoliner, and a fine hat she made of it too. Love it.

That is in beautiful condition.

Another great one! I love a good thin ribbon.

Great lookin, mint hat! And swell box!

Thanks gentlemen.

Here's the same hat as yesterday (Sears Pilgrim). I am still wearing it today.

Shortly after I posted yesterday, I recreased this guy into a cattleman. Now I can't get him off my head.

(Not sure why my taste has shifted strongly to the cattleman crease, but I love it these days.)

BTW, the felt on this hat is phenomenal - 1950s JBS 20 quality.

My amazing wife Tracy and I drove across the state of North Carolina to the coast today for a week at the beach. Our daughter will be joining us tomorrow night. I had to choose a few hats for the trip (I have a very difficult time with that), and this Borsalino seemed perfect for it. I've got a few straws from Stetson and Dobbs, and a Biltmore Senator with me too. Here we are at Michael's Seafood in Carolina Beach. Wow - I love that place!

Some fine early spring weather this week. We'll enjoy it while it lasts. Sunday is here and so are the hats of the week. All of them with some sunshine to look their best.

The summer sunshine continues, the Stetson Sovereign is on duty for this morning's church service.
I'm still dithering on whether to change the trousers for a cream pair. Would they compliment the blazer or make me look like a bottle of milk?
Keep in mind that I am certainly no fashion expert, but I wouldn't change anything. I like the contrast and color balance with the hat.

Fabulous hat, Don.

That one is a 56, Max. Had to stretch it already to even fit me. Are you looking for any Lontra or for a Barbisio Lontra especially? Good to hear from you by the way!

If this doesn't makes you feel like summer I don't know what will. Splendid outfit as usual, Robert. Cream trousers would work as well, but you would need a lighter hat with that too.

That Borsalino Lupo is like a piece of artwork. The felt, edge, shape, everything about it. That's not to take away from the others because they're outstanding, but the Borsalino is the one I keep scrolling back up to for another look.

I would prefer a Borsalino Lontra, but any other lontra would make me happy
