Wow, what an assemblage of fine hats this morning ! Seems like everyone is breaking out their "Sunday best" hats for the occasion. Here's my new Royal DeLuxe Stetson that arrived a few days ago. Y'all ever buy a hat & then be scared to wear it for fear you will get it dirty ? I'm the kinda guy that can simply glance at a hat this WHITE & end up with a smudge or fingerprint on it so I am amazed that it has survived all these years & still be so pristine.

You may have sprained my brain with this week's selections, Stefan. I had to back and forth and forth and back, repeatedly, to make my decisions. SO many wonderful choices, sir! In the end, I'm going with the Mossant in first place, the Borsalino Biber in second, and the Ursus Ossido in third. Thank you for a truly glorious Sunday viewing.

My days as head-honcho have long gone Joe, but you are most perceptive. Any miscreant standing before me in my office, shifting uncomfortably from one foot to the other, got "The Look." A peer over the rim of my specs, it was pure napalm.
That hat though, was extremely versatile, whilst it gave levity, as Stefan pointed out, it also became the perfect foil when topping a sunshine appearance if I didn't want to wear a straw.
