    Appetizers for dinner: bacon wrapped scallops, mushroom turnovers, feta and caramelized onion puff pastry cups, mozzarella sticks with marinara, meatballs in bbq sauce, and chicken parmesan lollipops. All thanks to Trader Joe's.

    Dinner will be traditional southern new year's dinner of black eyed peas with ham, and greens, kale specifically, also cooked with plenty of ham.

    Chow Mein with chicken, celery, carrots, sprouts, onion, orange pepper, served over noodles. The store was out of water chestnuts or I would have had some of them in there too.

    Same thing at my sister's house today.
    I added Cracker Barrel's Hash Brown Casserole to it, because I had 2lbs of HB's sitting in the freezer not doing anything. :D
     
  14. This evening was my Wife's first try at lamb chops & a gravy over rice recipe. Hey..not bad..!! Big salad/honey mustard. SA Winter Lager.
    Christmas Snickerdoodles for dessert.
