I am a lanky fellow, a 36 would probably be a good fit, except the arms are generally not long enough.

Giving myself a better measure, I think I might be more like an awkward 41 long.

I may be able to assist you. I have a beige London Fog coat with removable wool?? lining that I wore one time - about 1988? I'll try to get it out of storage over the weekend if you believe it might meet your needs. What sleeve length from center back seam (assuming there is one) to end of cuff?
