This hat is near mint. Smooth and soft, and with a a floppy brim, at least in a breeze. Took some steam to it and this is the result. And Praise the Lord, it was cold enough to wear it today. Enjoy.

What in the world would a size 7/8 be? I'm eyeing an old Stetson but have no idea what this would be. Any clue why some vintage hats come with thype of sizing tag vice having a more logical say 7 7/8, if there is such a size? Or is it possible this thing is just a 6 7/8...
