I have bought a bunch of hats from them over the years. I like going in during the week in the morning when they aren't busy. I use the same employee every time to clean and block my hats. If you take care of them they will take care of you.
It's a Stetson/Resistol outlet store next to the hat factories in Garland, Tx. They sell hats with small blemishes for 50% to 75% off. Most of the hats the eye can't see any blemishes.
Here is a nice Resistol 4X dress hat they did for me this summer. They cut the 4" brim down to 2.5" and replaced the cheap hat band with a nice ribbon and bow band. I think I paid $45 for it. It will go well with a nice Black or Grey suit this winter.
This is one of my best finds this summer from them. Royal quality Stetson silverbelly fedora. Nice high 5" crown with a beautiful ribbon band. All it needed was cleaning. I paid $37 for it.

There might be better quality hats out there but I haven't found any. I look through all the wool hats to find the fur felt. A nice luxurious soft stetson fur felt just feels like home on your head.
That looks like a nice one. There is no styling necessary. You can either leave the brim snapped up like I like, or snap it down to get that old school private detective look.
