Hear Hear to that Jack!!
My top ten have less to do with looks and more to do with likes.
I’d rather hear the why “Top” then just look at pretty hats!

Ps: if i had any b***s i’d put up one of my life loved beaters!! Humm
From what you've told me of your life, it doesn't seem you need a testosterone boost, my friend.

Hi yes it has come unsewn in that one little area. I mistyped it is a clear nutria. Has the originals owners name in it.

This is very cool. The second time this week a similarly styled hat has shown up bearing only the quality designation but with exactly the same appts., brim and ribbon. Alan wore one earlier in the week and now this. Very close to what Stetson called the Arminty model.

I have a 60's era 3X I picked up a couple of months ago, styled the same and it was the first I had seen of one outside a catalog. Now these two. Thanks for the additional pics.

Very impressive Tonio, museum quality! I'm interested in the 1890s Borsalino. The lines of that brim are incredible, do you wear it?

Some fantastic hats here. Can you share the inside of the 1900 Exposition hat?

Hat interesting and historically very important because still with its leather packaging. Because of its shape, it is almost certainly a hat worn by a coachman or a coach driver, probably employed full-time in a noble or upper middle class family. Its shape is very old and dates back to the early nineteenth century, used by the nobles was then used in its form for the drivers of carriages, I think it could be even older than 1890, but it is only my guess.

This is a "Bustina" (field cap) of a second lieutenant, the star is the military grade corresponding to sottotentene, two stars is a lieutenant and three stars is a captain. The owner of this "Bustina" belonged to MVSN https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackshirts
This is a historical relic of World War II or shortly before
