Somewhat. I'd sent over some dough to John for an Aero listed on there but it'd been sold. He had this one ready to go instead. This is one of the perks of not worrying about a perfect fit. It's about 24" pit to pit, much like my Aero Leather A-2. So, it's an inch big in the chest, but I save four years! I'm really not picky whatsoever. And I gained 10 lbs last year...
Funny, this A-2 thing has come full circle. A few years back I'd ordered a Bill Kelso 23380, similar russet shade.

You're a lucky guy and I hope that it fits you! I would never wait >2-3 years for anything (in this case >5 years). I was also lucky to find a used GW Ventura in seal Shinki here in Classifieds and I love it and I'm sure you'll like your's too.

I think the A-2 looks better slightly large. If it's anything like your Aero, it will be perfect. Congrats!

I have a love/hate thing going with it. The elastic waist and patch pockets do not appeal...but the collar, shoulders, 2-way zip and sleeves look good...on the fence.
Yeah that's the thing...it creates a beer gut even when there isn't **necessarily** one there.

If you have mixed feelings I don't think it's a good decision to buy it as you would probably re-sell it soon - if I was you, I would wait for a better one.
