What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

Wearing my Bradford Ltd. conversion today. This is one that I stripped down of its thin ribbon and brim binding and almost threw in the trash because of some damage to the hat but I was able to save it and make it wearable again. Silverbelly with an 1 1/2 Burgundy ribbon and my preferred upturned bow work.

I was finally able to cross an item off of my Bucket List. I've been wanting a black Dodge Ram Hemi Express with a 2 door cab for quite a while. I never thought that it was ever going to happen. Most of the time things don't work out the way I'd like, but sometimes, those things hoped for....

Beautiful on all counts Terry! You will have a love/hate relationship with a black vehicle (personal knowledge).

Heavy wind and rains today (again). The Robert Heath was on service once more, along with the Burberry trench.

Workhorse Homburg, I like it. That Burberry is a real high class overcoat, yes?

The hat looks great. The brim doesn’t look at all too narrow at 2 1/2”.

The truck is a beauty! It’s always a pleasant surprise when somethings work out. I also have to say that your neighborhood looks picturesque; warm and inviting.

I saved this Panama hat from goodwill hell. A lady at work brought it to me. Handmade in Cuenca, maybe from Ortega... small crack at the front, top of the crown. Great ventilation, it's an old Greg Norman hat. I replaced the shark embossed, faded pug for a new black pug taken from an Ortega "Ben Affleck" semi-calado and it already looks better.

Thank you buddy. Flanging a 2 1/2 or even a 2 3/8 on a 2 3/4 flange, not only gives you a flatter brim flange but it also gives the appearance of a wider brim.

Thanks again buddy. I've been wanting a truck like that for sometime now. I had a lot of old muscle cars back in the day and wanted another one. I also liked pick up trucks. This Hemi gave me the best of both.

The neighborhood here is pretty quiet and well kept. Just about everyone has some kind of lawn project going on. The only thing this neighborhood needs is more hat wearers! You should bring your family and move here! You get a lot of house for the money and the taxes won't destroy your wallet!

Thank you Red! Ive had a few black cars. I don't mind washing them if that's all I had to worry about. For whatever reason, black cars seem to attract shopping carts, kids with toys, neighbors mowing their lawns,...

Every neighourhood needs more hat wearers, Terry [emoji4].
Again, congrats on the super job on the hat and congrats on your new truck.

Is this out of their lineup from the last couple years, and if so, what are your thoughts on it. Not sure I've seen one posted here before. Unique look.

The caribou color is harder to come by in a range of sizes. One of my favorite hats... Stetson continues to make a quality product, IMO

Great looking hat, Max. The felt looks to be very malleable. It’s nice to have many styles and proportions rather than just wearing the exact same hat in different colors.

What's with the bucket of hot tar at the top corner of the pic? Seems like an odd place to store it.
