Seeing what four inches of rain did to the creek this time. Wearing the Malrov.

The rain makes it a small river not a creek. Stay dry in your grand hat sir.

Lovely hats of late. Your VS hats were an early hat inspiration for me. A pleasure to see your hats.

after a -2 C night it became a beautiful but coldish day in E. London U.K. So for a walk in Epping Forest a B-2 which has become more leather patch than original sheepskin along with a 40s/50s Woolrich hunting jacket (thanks to the "how to date your Woolrich" article for my now knowing the date). speaking of Stetsons I have a well worn old Australian Stetson bought new in Sydney along with a Drizabone, the Ozzie riding coat about 35 years ago, lovely old hat

Lovely Woolrich and hat. Thanks for sharing.

Gannon.

Such a short daytime should end with a bacalao dish in a restaurant next to the sea ;)

Grand hat and thanks for making my mouth water with the recollection of slated cod, peppers, tomatoes and other ingredients. I recall with pleasure the last time I had this dish.

Great hats as always, Eric. Keep them and your good self safe and warm inside.

Thanks Steve. Looking sharp of late. Thanks for sharing.

Great furry, and the shark gill is nice on it. Stay warm !

Hagwood, thanks and back at you and your family.

It is obvious why you continue to wear that beauty of a hat. Congrats.

I need to. I went home about a month ago and the weather was great.

Hector; Ah the memories of warmth must last the entire winter. Be warm and thanks for sharing your hat adventures of late.

I was out grilling some lunch in a VS (silverbelly with a gill ribbon treatment). This hat was inspired by several Adam Pacesetter models all in Executive quality. I call it my VS Executive.

I needed to clear the ice/snow from around the garage before my wife arrives back home from her shopping escapades. A Cordova Cap was my chosen headgear.

Early morning was cool and windy. A "furry" Disney fedora kept my head toasty. The air is damp and heavy. They are signals of an impending snow event.

As predicted the snow pellets started mid-morning. I was out doing some snow-blowing in a Gannon fedora (steel with charcoal trimmings). More drizzle/sleet/snow to come in the next 24 hours. I spoke to relatives near Duluth, Minnesota this morning and they are expecting 24 inches of new snow, blizzard warnings and up to 10 foot waves off Lake Superior. Only 150 miles away and a world away in weather.

I am inside warming my hands and preparing for more outside adventure today.

Another world away, Eric, and it’s a pretty, hot day. Crazy, ain’t it. Love both your gills today, btw.
Was perspiring in my new Campbell homburg and had to take it off while I cleaned up a few tools.
This one came in today and had to stretch it back to the 1/4 it was made to be. After a cleaning this hat looks good enough to oust my gray Stetson burg from its top ranking status.
Love this one. Never heard of this brand till I saw it on eBay. In every way this hat shines. Must have been a superlative hat company.

At ten bucks, this Hommie was a serious bargain in the fifties.

Good morning on the border between the fog and the sun. This morning I entered a gray blanket a few times which then slowly faded away
