Great combo, Bob. The hat almost looks like an OR but has a wider brim, I suspect? Looks great. And just about my speed for snow; just enough to enjoy but not enough to get buried in!

Alan your hat comes labeled with it’s own descriptor-Imperial. That hat is indeed Imperial. I have never seen a Stetson Imperial in real life. Thanks for sharing your special Imperial fedora.

Thanks very much for the comments. Something about this hat - the pre-war sunny Los Angeles provenance (the original owner died in 1943) and the brilliant color, especially - lifts my spirits. Glad you enjoyed it too.
