Wearing a grey Resistol Stagecoach that I converted last year. It was originally a 6 7/8 that I blocked up to a 7 1/4.

I wore a classy light weight fedora for a walk. A VS (Artlite silvermist with gray ribbon treatment) Weston. This hat was inspired by the Stetson Weston, which was a Whippet with a "Mode Edge." Art's work of the edge treatment is true art.

This afternoon I went to watch our local birds of prey. Well Dressed Head cap was my choice in the windy conditions.

Thanks Bowen. Fortunately my practice deals with Occupational Health, so no obvious sick coming through (we're screening). We're trying to take all precautions. Where I practice is a smaller town with a fair amount of manufacturing but rural too, so not huge amount of cases. Keeping our fingers crossed.
What County are you in. I'm in Franklin and it looks like we have a real problem here with numerous confirmed cases of the Coronavirus. Yesterday Franklin was at 703 cases. I didn't see what that number was today.

Took a vacation day today and hanging out with Kitty on the patio doing some backyard photography. This crap is starting to get to me. We’ve been very hectic at work because of all this. Wearing the Cavanagh with the Mule Kick in the A$$ crease, as Bowen @AbbaDatDeHat so eloquently puts it.

Wonderful hat, Tim (and stellar lens too).

Stefan, Thanks! Good to see the English Hats.
Thanks, Steve. More on the way.

Decided to celebrate the end of week one of 30 Days to 30 Hats with this late 40s or early 50s Cavanagh Equestrian Derby/Bowler.

Gotta love a hat this cool that also doubles as a helmet

Very nice, Joe. That's a hat that's not afraid to show some character.

View attachment 225808 View attachment 225809 View attachment 225810 View attachment 225814 Greetings All:
Today....well yesterday actually but i was too bushed to post up.
Day two fishing. Sund with my Son Mond with my youngest daughter, Willow’s Mom. Yes, i’m wearing the same hat and outfit, my fishing attire and Maddie got to sport Pop’s old lucky Camo-Cabela’s.
Hat worked for her, i mostly enjoyed watching that “little girl” come back out that gave me so much joy over the years.
Was a glorious and gorgeous day.
Be well and safe.
Bowen
Great pics, Bowen. Good to see you enjoying yourselves.

You just have to be in a climate that supports felts year round, Randy (welcome to the north). Great hat by the way.

View attachment 225906 Such nice and varied hats lately!
#8 is a 40s Stylepark Templeform with a typical bow treatment I installed using vintage Petersham ribbon. Also, hand sewn brim stitching akin to a Playboy.
This one remains in the top three of my favs. The color is a cool blue/gray.

Wonderful shape and proportions, Randall.

Thanks Stefan. We've had a couple of spring like days.

Great looking Battersby. I've been enjoying your walk through the English hats.

Thanks,
Michael
Thanks, Michael. I'm not at the end of the walk yet.

I like what you’ve done with that one. And i like Petersham ribbon...ala Flagship.
Very nice hybrid Randy!!

Thanks, Bowen. I wasn’t a fan of Petersham, but it’s growing on me for two reasons. It’s more available in a wider array of colors, and I’m finding that I’m simply digging the woven edges more and more.

Another great conversion and sweet hat tools, Terry! And as the Joker ( Jack Nicholson) said about Batman after his triumphant escape using Bat implements: “Where does he get such wonderful toys?” :)
