I'm working outside and the sun is strong today, so I'm wearing my Amish *chore hat*. It was made for me when I visited the Amish section of Pennsylvania about 12 years ago. For many years whatever room it was in smelled like fresh mowed hay.

Congratulations Sam. My 6 month old boy is asleep on my chest as I'm posting. I bought him some tiny vintage hats when he was born, and he's getting closer to wearing them every day. 16 and 3/4" and counting! Lots of really tiny men's hats out there, super cheap because they're so little. My boy has better hats than me. Enjoy the new addition. Frank

Stetson 100 for an overcast dog walk. Still going with the Ft. Worth crease on this for now, because why not?

Diamond Quality Hat. Made for the Amish market, originally with an optimo crown. Nice tall straight sided crown- given a soak and a center dent.
