IMO I've always thought over/underwelt is less dressy than a ribbon bound edge. I stick with raw edge b/c that's what I like. I love the raw edge on the hat Art made me last month. -

Yup. Just look at all the hats at Target, department stores, etc... Pretty much nothing but low crowns and stingy brims. -
