Bowlly's might be the best rendition of Blue Moon ever. Certainly my favorite.

Didjaknow the label says "Al Bowlly, Tenor (sic), with orchestra directed by Ray Noble"? Noble as yet had no record deal and no band - he was in his probationary period with the NY local and couldn't take steady work! (No union for singers, of course.)
