People here were mentioning that Iron Heart would be a good brand for my body. Any here have any experience with their L2B jacket?

I just got this Flat Head Double Rider and I'm torn on whether the shoulders are too broad for my body. Thoughts?

Shoulders look great.

I think people on TFL need a reminder that, while shoulders can never be narrower than your shoulders, extended shoulders are an established part of both leather jacket making and tailoring.

Fit check on a used aero leather I got. Size 42, anyone know what kind of leather, color and style this is?

Hard to tell because your arms are lifted for the photo, though initial thoughts are looks like a good fit.

Looks like a Aero highwayman

Yep, it’s definitely hard to tell on all accounts from the photos provided as the pose and lighting make it difficult.
Still, it’s probably a Highwayman but can’t say for sure without being able to see the back.
Also, Aero jackets normally have a prominent label at the neck which at least narrows the leather used down to Horsehide or Steerhide.

Sorry about that, here’s some other pics with my arm down. And I checked the tag it’s FQHH, no idea what kind of leather or color other than brown.

Based on these photos I’d say it’s Brown Chromexcel Front Quarter Horsehide Highwayman.
Aero Leather have a guide to the hides used on their website.

Also, the fit seems fine to me.
It’s puzzling me. The side cinches don’t match any HWM. The yoke looks different. The back panel cutting creates a very tapered look, a bit like a sheene.

Is it a Sheenewayman?

Post more photos please!

It’s lovely btw and appears to fit you nicely!

Good point about the side cinch straps. I’d totally overlooked those.
On second viewing both cinch straps aren’t in the same position or attached in the same way as is normally found on a Highwayman. Also, the bottom leather strip or hem goes right across the side panels, whereas this normally ends at the side panel seams (see photo below taken from Aero Leather’s Highwayman page)

Exactly, but I can’t find anything else that matches. I really like that jacket.
