I chose one of the hats I am most fond of for its old age
    MeerGrigio 3.jpg
It comes from a lucky purchase made five years ago at the "A. Meer" head shop in Strasbourg, when I bought a large number of splendid French-made hats
    MeerGrigio 2.jpg
The hat was made before the Second World War entirely in wool.
It is marked "Super" with a patch, nothing else, no lining or other indication, if not the address of the headwear
    MeerGrigio 6.jpg
I dare not manipulate the sweatband to look for other manufacturing data, leather too fragile
    MeerGrigio 4.jpg
Size is 59 cm. or 7 3/8 US and it has still the basting points on the ribbon
    MeerGrigio 1.jpg
    Have a nice day Loungers!
Thanks for the appreciation on the Woodrow homburg.
Show your hats I will be pleased

What to say Steve? If not that is a wonder.
I continue to chase a similar hat for some time, but so far luck has not stopped me, only small sizes that I bought and sold, but I continue with perseverance:rolleyes:
