Thank you! No it's black so a lighting issue. Super looking Gannon from you yesterday!

Thanks, Michael. Can't fault the Wormser on its looks certainly, but based on what I've read on the lounge I expected the felt to be better. But variations in felt quality or the odd one slipping through is always possible, even with the best of brands.
WAR and gills: that first hat means business, Jeff! Cool hats, both.
On a bright sunny day here is a joke of the "perfidious" Borsalino
G.B. Borsalino fu Lazzaro Qualità Speciale of recent manufacture marked with the mark of the "rebellious cousins"
The color is "Dattero" and no indication of the type as for the past fifty years on the paper label
The felt is thick and very malleable, the finishes are of great quality. The edge of the brim is "feltrata" like the Cavanagh edge
The size tag is for the American market, it shows 7 1/2 or 60 cm. also on the paper label
The proportions are quite unusual because the crown is impressive and very rounded and the brim are from a sixties hat fashion
It comes from a purchase of Borsalino that arrived new and without any indication of the shop or seller, they looked like prototypes
Thanks for the likes on the lobbia "Mirtillo" Trionfo on Simeon Zlateff memory
That's got to be one of the coolest caps ever made!
Thank you Perry.
Probably I was. Too many people to check My number was in the 30.000-31.000 range.
Not on this walk. Would probably damage them and damage my feet. But they are now more comfortable since I added the pads or whatever the name is.
I had to think it was much more than the 7.2Kms, it has many steps and walk to reach the starting line and to return home. I probably walked 13 kms in total on sunday. My phone counted 18.000 steps and 13.3 kms.
A ‘40s era Champ this morning. To my eye, this has dimensions that are just about perfect for me.

Thanks sir. It is the hat that have shown in the Comparision thread.
Thanks sir. I worry I may wear it to an early demise.
I have had this one for a while. Apologies as I do not recall its path to my hat rack.
Trying to work the kinks out of this Stetson twenty five open road. I love the hole in the front of the crown, but it really bothered my OCD to see the edge of the sweatband showing through the crown.
I reblocked it with the sweat band (which is intact but has seen a better day) folded out and the felt bounced back easily. As I folded it back in, it was still visible if I looked closely, but I hope it won’t be any worse once it settles. At least I know that if worse comes to worse, the issue will be remedied with a new sweat band.
Oops I just realized I put the liner in backwards!

Thanks Brent. The pants were newly on display at my favorite vintage store yesterday along with the hat. I've been having a thing for 70s golf pants lately. Ha ha.
Not straw hat weather this morning. So a Stetson Whippet is the choice

Have a great Wednesday,
That Wormser is a special lid!
Here’s wishing the world a wonderful Spring Equinox today!!!
Looking forward to the greenery, but not the mosquitoes!
So I donned this favorite green/gray M&K, with a dark green ribbon...
Then, in honor of @Daniele Tanto, a genuine grin!!
I DO have teeth!
What year was this made? Beautiful hat.
Adams Premier in dove gray. Hey! Look at the hat and not my lady! Well, I can't blame you as she is a stunner.
