How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

I was unclear- my brown vest is a custom piece from Johnson Leathers which mimics the look of a Lost Worlds Ryder vest, rather than being the brown version of the one you got. I attached a few pics of it below.

I’ve been strongly considering getting a black vest too since I get so much use out of the brown one. New Orleans isn’t exactly known for chilly weather heh.

Thanks man! Greg is just out of this world, so glad he started his own business and now doing his own thing. If you want a slim fitting bespoke shinki jacket, you know where to go.

That's so true, I saw the story on his ig and he's so meticulous with his work! Soon you'll be able to enjoy it fully :)

Highlighting the work of Greg at FL making this killer custom piece made of full aniline black shinki w/ Nickle hardware for me (FW caboose inspired front/RMC disfarmer inspired back/zipper closure gauntlet sleeves). Should be delivered later next week.

Love the cut -- congrats!

Any idea what's going here:

Greg doesn't skive the edges (yet) so that's 4 layers of unskived leather you're seeing. Pulled really tight because otherwise it would obstruct the zipper pull.

Edit: Maybe it's not as pleasant to the eye, skived edges make much smoother seams. But it takes a very skilled machinist to make unskived edges look as good as this.

I would think it's because of overlapping leather on a single point. It also has it on the bottom hem and the back waist band. If I didn't request the bottom hem to have a leather backing then it would probably be less noticeable.

What do you mean? Because it's sticking out a bit? There are four layers of leather and a zipper folded there, simply impossible to avoid - Same as on the edge of the hem, just below.

Agreed. I don't see it as an eyesore and it's bound to have stacking somewhere. Im amazed how Greg made it look so clean and neat.

That's some neat work for sure! Greg sure knows how to work leather!
He still doesn't do the skived edges? I thought he got the hardware for that ages ago?
