Sooo stylish! Gorgeous.
Hückel on a grey, rainy 1st of October.

But the felt days are upon us finally! Very nice Hückel, Steve.

Beautiful hat, Bill and congrats!

And one with the brim down. It’s a shallow flange but it has some snap.

Works both ways, Brent, but I really like the swoop it has with the brim up.

It's that unlined one isn't it? That was a nice one. You wear it well, Jonathan.

A fabulous parade but the binding on the Mallory is next level!

You do realise that Tina is cross with you. We are dining out for lunch. "Switch that computer off and get the car out of the garage." "Yes dear."
Talk about O/Ding on Stefan's hats. Have to go with The Borsalino:

It inspired my choice of bespoke to wear to the restaurant for lunch today.

And now I must go before she serves the papers on me.

For some of you. Over here in Japan, we’re still in straw. Etsuko was in her Borsalino…

Expecting to join the migration to felt in a week or so.
Here in Japan, we’ve just seen the end of Higan. Higan occurs for two weeks a year at the time of the equinoxes (three days prior to and three days after the equinox). It’s a time for people to visit and clean the graves of their ancestors. The autumn higan is particularly nice as the higanbana (literally higan flowers) are in bloom. They pop up everywhere, but particularly around the edges of rice fields, giving some quite spectacular splashes of red to the landscape.

Etsuko looks happier to be still in straw than you do, Gary. You look like you're yearning for felt...

Ha! Etsuko said I look like an obtuse old bugger in that photo!
And yes, I’m keen to get back to wearing felt. I still haven’t had a proper chance to wear the Homburg I got from Brent, nor the Flying Cloud I picked up recently.
