Bought a bottle of Sobieski rye vodka to try tonight. It's cooling off in the fridge til after the kiddos go to bed. Also bought 12 Becks, just in case I don't like it.

lol lol lol The Devil's Juice is regular Dickel. That stuff is good for cleaning out Carburetors not drinking.
In California they clean out carburetors due to EPA, In Indiana we pour it in our tanks and drive on it.

Just got for the Mai Tai with J Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum, Orgeat, Orange Curacao, juice of 1 lime, Rock Candy Syrup and shake all ingredients over ice. NOW you have a drink.

Just got for the Mai Tai with J Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum, Orgeat, Orange Curacao, juice of 1 lime, Rock Candy Syrup and shake all ingredients over ice. NOW you have a drink.
Sounds inviting, but my way is only two steps. Pour two fingers of rum in highball, top with pineapple-orange-banana juice, or any other tasty variety. Keep the juice and liquor in the fridge and you don't even need ice. I'm all about easy these days.
Now, if somebody else wants to come over and mix the drinks.......

I love mixing the REAL Mai Tai. That fake stuff with fruit juice that they call a Mai Tai just doesn't cut it.
You are too far away for me to mix drinks for you. By the time FedEx got it to you, it would be warm and spoiled.
