They’re out there, but you have to look a long time and be willing to pay a premium when you do find them. Half of the size 7 3/4 (62cm) hats fit perfectly and half are ever so big on me. Did you see the 7 5/8 Stetsonian on ebay? It’s a modern hat, but they’re great hats.

Today.....365 days ago i posted the first post of this thread after Lounge Management archived the previous mass of pages and posts in order to speed up our thread experience. It worked!!
In that year we had 20,591 posts and 1030 pages of hats for an average of 56.4 posts per day. Good job loungers!!
Unfortunately that day i posted the wrong hat being today’s little brother.
So to begin the new year i’ll recreate that post with Big Brother and the hippo.

Thank you. I believe chocolate brown would be the most apt description.
Looking back at my pictures I see that my grey housepaint seems to have pulled it into slate territory, but it is a deep brown. The ribbon falls into a slate spectrum.
However, that may be a crock. I have set tile and stone. Slate comes in almost as many colors as felt.
