    AL Roadster smooth vs CXL steer

    I'm thinking about a black roadster, not sure which hide is more recommended. I have seen samples of warhawk horse (too stiff, otherwise nice finish), CXL bison (too much grain), and smooth steer (looks nice and its very pliable). Any recommendations there? What is the CXL steer like?
