Fit Check Thread for Jackets

IMO:

Fit looks good. I like shorter jackets and wouldn’t mess with that.

I personally wouldn’t get a tougher/thicker leather unless you’re Indiana Jones or James Bond.

I like “antique” zippers with brown but Aero AFAIK only offers them in Talon and those are reaaaally bad.

I don’t know what aero offers at the moment, but if they offer a bigger talon zipper, definitely go for it. The small ones they use aren’t great

I like the design and length of the first one(tho both fits you amazing imo), so that would be my personal choice

First fits you better, but personally not sold on the bottom pocket placement or neck strap.

Second one is not a flattering fit on you, looks just a bit too loose.

The angle of the photo isn’t great, try standing further away from the camera.

My suspicion is that it is too big in the shoulders, but can’t say for certain without clearer photos

Yup, poor photos make it hard to evaluate, but the thing that stands out first are the shoulders.

Just picked up my new ELC B3 .50Cal in a 46.

Sized up from my original B3 in a 44 (For sale on here now) as although it looked great on it just didn’t feel good… just too restrictive.

So here is my 46.. looks bigger obviously but actually I enjoy wearing this.. what a piece of art! In an ideal world a 45 would be the perfect size but hey ho!

What’s your thoughts on the fit?

In another thread I explained that if I stickied all the worthy threads I have been requested to sticky in the past 5 years, the entire first page would be all stickies. That wouldn't work.

You need to size down at least one size, and perhaps two sizes, being mindful of losing width in the shoulders.

I think there is small detail I should have mentioned. I’m doing some bodybuilding, basically bulk and cut phase and now this is the last week I’m slimming and I got down from 100kg to 92 and I’ll start to get bigger again.


I think the correct question would be is absolutely ridiculous to go out like that, is it funny too big? Because soon I will increase in size too.

You won't increase in size through the waist area, and that is where it is too big.
