HELP NEEDED! INSOLES SHRUNK!

hello community,
i need your help: after a week in wet conditions (not so planned tough... :S) the leather insoles of my red wing ir's shrunk about two sizes!
as i dindn't want any shrinkage, i cleaned them after use and let them dry "softly", no paper packed inside, no heat, well as you should do it.... nontheless they shrunk!
they still have my footbed perfectly "stamped" in, just too small.... the rest of the shoe is as big as usual...
has anybody made similar experiences or knows a way to get this fixed?
