Thanks Anthony. Seriosuly it is serendipity that it found it's way to my hands. I accept that luck is a higher percentage than effort/diligence in finding the "gem" fedora. Like you I have found vtg. Playboys are not vtg. Playboys. I can still dream of the vtg. Stetson Playboy with Vita felt, lightweight felt w/ 2.5" brim w/stitching, crown vent holes, working wind cord, gray felt with charcoal/blue ribbon.

That dream is still alive at my house. I enjoy the hunt! Ahhh, it may be a dream but Anthony, like you I, I continue the diligent hunt.

Thanks for the thumbs up sir! I tip my brim in an easterly direction, Eric -

    Happy Wednesday.
The hat is the Royal DeLuxe Stetson "Iusedtobeaburg."

Nice minty green tone that shows up best in the solo hat photos...

    Nice, Perry!
Mid-width ribbon works great with that hat. So does the vest... And the tie... And the jacket.......... All of it!

Happy Wednesday to you my friend. This is another beautiful Barbisio! The color and finish are truly classy. I wore my Barbisio to a wonderful Italian dinner last night with my wife for Valentines Day. She laughed that we had to detour home to change hats before dinner.

That is one great Stetson Matt! The color is a real statement. Who did the surgery? I'll be home fighting a head cold on this rainy Wednesday. With time to play with hats and my fish tanks.

Fantastic color and soft looking finish Serge! I'm beginning to like these D'Aquino offerings. How is the quality and feel of this inky beauty?
