Art Fleming: What hat results from the Hoyt Hat Company making a hat for Dobbs?

Fruno: Um, what is the Demon Hanover Square?

While out to take a pic of this restored 40s Dobbs a hawk lit on one of my fence posts.
He didn’t mind me much and shouldn’t….now that I no longer have chickens.

I think that is one of my favorite Dobbs of all times!

You really pull off that homburg well. Congrats to you and your students!

Thank you, Daniele.

Thank you, Joe. To be fair, the Stetson ribbon was a replacement for a horrendous macramé one.

With the support of a hat like that it was impossible to lose! Excellent, Gary.

Thank you, Steve.

Very sharp, Gary. Congratulations on the win!

Congrats Gary on the win and that wonderful looking Dobbs!
Thanks guys. I was so proud of how all four of my finalists performed. And grateful to them for giving me the opportunity to wear the Homburg - always looking for an excuse to wear that one.

Late 40s Adam Majestic. Mint. Had to buy this one on eBay as part of an 8 hat lot.
All the rest were 60/70s stingies.
$200. Worth the low costs!
I’ve always had a thing for Adam hats anyway, but this one has all the greatness of the high end makes and models.

Looks just as good in person as it does in photos.

Great catch, Randall!!

As you know, I'm partial to Adam hats, too. Love that one.

Looking forward to you posting what else was in the batch.

Thanks, Steve!
Yeah, Adam is THE first name in hats, ya know….

I’m not sure any of the seven stingies warrant a pic in these pages, Steve. Just run of mill, low end, low crown stuff. None in great condition or having much appeal.
I figured I could resale them as a 7 hat lot for around $150 making my Adam a $50 dollar bargain of the year!

Especially love the French hats, Stefan.

I have to say though, I'm most in awe that you have a Corneliani overcoat. Wow!
Thank you, Steve. I really like the quality of the Corneliani. I'm eyeballing another one already.

Always look good in a homburg, Brent. Especially one that nice.
