On the Eleventh (and final) Day of StingyMas

Willoughby Hatters… well if being one day late to the start of StingyMas means it finally cooled off enough here in South Florida for this super soft and fuzzy Consul from Willoughby Hatters… then I am all for it. Sadly saying goodbye to StingyMas for this year. It was fun presenting and getting to see everyone’s stingy brims the past eleven days. And hopefully have shown there were some very cool and well made stingies to be found. I hope everyone enjoyed as I held down the fort for our friend Mike @Redfokker while he continues to recover from his shoulder surgery.

A week in hats on Christmas day, you really should be on a sleigh with a team of reindeer hauling it. Would the coat, part, in exchange for some exchangeable shekels? I'm a size 46" apologies for not knowing what that is in metric. Too old and too long in the tooth to be bothered to look it up. I lied, it's 117cm. Somehow I don't think that cm is an abbreviation for camel or mohair.
This coat won't be going anywhere anytime soon. It isn't your size anyway, even though with all the sizes floating around that's hard to tell. It's why I'm always a bit cautious with vintage coats and try to look at the measurements. Oddly enough the Italian coats tend to be generous in fit even though they are the same size.

Got to go with the Hückel Platin (with the new coat) Had to cut and paste that. There's no umlaut in the English language. Now I'm off out, we always dine out for Christmas.

A merry christmas to all from the gloomy (today) low countries. There's still time for the week in hats before the festivities, being mainly eating and drinking, begin.
