Fawcetts are doubling in price come next year, Jeff. Better stock up.

It sure has been a weird winter so far. Oregon is in somewhat of a drought this year. Love the crease on this OR Michael. You have been hitting it out of the park this week. Although lurking, I have been checking in.

I really need to do more Akubra straw research. I do like the look of the country club. Should be bullet proof being a poly. Nice hats.

You know, all of our boxed up straws are turning over in their graves seeing you enjoying Hawaii in yours. Great looking images though! Envy is a terrible thing.

Nice looking material on that Cordova Eric. Safe travels.

Nice PB Bob. Always enjoy this one.

Beautiful lines Max. That liner and sweat are superb. I've been enjoying your collection this week as well.

Two great looking hats Jeff. The brim binding on that Lee has a huge wow factor. Really dig it.

Venturing forth to gather more supplies for the ongoing remodel hell. Took the Stetson Vita Felt "The Avenue" out for a spin in the sunshine today. It sure is an interesting color, almost a mauve in certain light. Still a little snug, wearing it to do some natural stretching. It may need some major refurbishing to deal with the stains on the brim however. Love the felt!

That's a slick looking hat and the whole ensemble works great together.

Going outside my comfort zone this snowy and chilly a.m. and wearing one of my Stagecoach conversions in my only Center Dent crease. I'm not the biggest fan of Center Dents so I don't wear it much...I may or may not change out the crease down the road some time. As with most of my other conversions, this one also sports a tall straight crown....and I reworked the finish to give the hat a brushed look.

The center dent gives it kind of a "continental" look. Love that finish!

Thanks! Yes, I love that triple stitching!

Really digging that eggplant aubergine Stetson! Good luck with the continuing remodel.

I heard! not sure it’s in my budget though. I’m getting the itch for a new western bowler...

Snow flakes falling most of the day today. Weatherman said we are about 14" behind normal so far this season, so I guess we're due. Bundled up and topped off with a Cavanagh homburg:

    Hey folks!
Finally, a break in the rain. This Mayser homburg thatI got in a trade with our Dutch connection is the choice this afternoon.

    Thank you!
I am building an entire part of my wardrobe for the rest of this year around this hat. New jackets already come in, working on multiple pants and a new pair of boots currently.
