There isn't really a Show Off Your Shudde Hat thread on the Lounge, but I've bought 5 this year, including the one from Brent that I gave my niece and my Shudde Pure Beaver which I posted about on the Stetson 7X Clear Beaver thread. None of my 5 Shuddes have size tags, and only the Pure Beaver has any sort of manufacturer's tag at all.

This Wolfbrae of yours is one of my Lounge Favs, Steve.

Condolences on the closing of Noma. I was never there, but when a restaurant closing in Copenhagen is mentioned over here, (in the Wall Street Journal) it must have been AMAZING.
Thanks Charlie.

If I hadn't spent all my money on hats, I might have had the funds to eat at Noma

Don't feel too bad about it, though. They're closing on purpose to reinvent themselves.

Finally got round to wearing this Borsalino Pineta. One of the three Borsalinos I picked up in December.

It's from somewhere around WWII. Will post more in the Borsalino Brotherhood thread.

This Walden is a special hat to me. It’s a great vintage western, but more than that, I think of my friend Rick Walker every time I wear it. Rick went to extraordinary lengths to rebuild this hat for me and I’m eternally grateful for his kindness.

What a hat, Brent. Wonderful shape and dimensions.

A hat is always special if it has memories like this one does for you.

Knox Fifty. I was lusting after it, but it was said to be a size 7, two sizes too small for me. So decided to buy it for my brother in law, but when it arrived, discovered it did fit me!! It seems to be virtually identical to the Fifty owned by Dr Max, the only other Knox Fifty I've seen on the Lounge. Brim is 2 1/4 inches, one of the few hats I have with less than 2 1/2 brim.

This is the second conversion I did several years ago. It started out as a too small Resistol Stagecoach with a 3 1/2 brim width. I've done a couple of ribbon changes on this one over the last few years and finally decided on this 2 1/2 inch Burgundy ribbon. It sports a tall vertical crown with a 2 3/4 brim width...

I gave my bow work a slight upswoop:

On the head: excuse the poor picture quality

Fabulous
