    Aero

    Very Good! Nice jackets - and yes, Aero are the best I think. I have a "Real Deal" Aero A2 which I love. I am awaiting sheepskin samples from them before ordering a B3 or a D1. I have seen a number of Eastman products which are not bad either, but not I think quite as good as Aero.

    Lucky! You guys in the States are so lucky! I now live in NZ, where the selection of clothes - even modern ones - is very poor. In the UK, where I could get most of the things from Orvis and so on, the prices would be same numbers but in Sterling! So a US$550 jacket becomes a GBP550...

    ELC Air Comfort Hi Anyone seeking a "bomber jacket" without being desperate for pinpoint accurate reproduction could do a lot worse than ELC's "Air Comfort" - a sort of hybrid A2 style, with a fur collar (quite like the CBI theatre modified A2's) but with more useful lining, pockets etc...

    Nice Jacket, Grant! Also nice provenance! I think maybe now that I live in NZ I should shop local! I have an ELC B2 cap in redskin, which is very nice, I must say - although the pile is definitely shorter than the regulation 0.5" in places.
