How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

I’ve got Kelpie (green) on my wool HB from Aero. I think it’s even thinner. Maybe 2oz?
Yeah I forgot about that one! I only remember the green wool. Does it look CXL? I've got a Seven in that hide in the works. I hope it is on par with CXL finish but easier to wear...

It’s def got some pull up but as of now the green looks essentially black. Unfortunately the leather on mine is situated in such a way that it will take a while to truly develop.

Just a few images of the quartet of Type III style jackets featuring the recently arrived Aero in the 2nd image. The Vanson is a really sturdy jacket and the leather is acceptable although it took a lot of seasoning to get it look decent. The Schott is just OK and is good for a quick grab-n-go jacket. The Iron Heart is really quite special and the leather is ultra soft with lots of grain. The Aero - here we have the winner of the bunch. The hides are superb and rather pliable with impeccable finishing throughout. I really like the IH and comparing it to the Aero (for almost 1/2 the price) means I could get 2 Aero's for one IH although I got the IH as a 'gift'. So many jackets and so little time to wear them.

Beauties!

Thanks for your comment. I recall you started a Type III thread with far more images of your assortment of Type III jackets with 2 Vanson Mavericks that are stellar! One in particular is with the zipper/button closure which appears to be a one off. As I noted in my description of my 4 modest Type III's, the Vanson is really a great all around leather jacket that can be called upon in a pinch and won't let me down. The Aero is far more a statement Type III for when something special is required.

I have wanted one of these since it was released. it's en route! I couldn't be more excited for this one. The deal was far too good to pass up. Put a fork in me...I'M DONE....

Ordered a new Harrington in navy now it's getting in to the Autumn. Bit of a punt; as ever with a new company there's the concern about sizing. Their Trustpilot rating is very high indeed, but I always worry about that minimal (1% in this case) element where they complain about *everything*. Still, in a sad way it's less of a red flag than the sort of uniform top level feedback with a small number of individual reviews you so often see on Amazon marketplace these days....

Just arrived. Wanted to flip 'em or something but these turned out to be waaay too cool. Germany or Austria for sure and my estimate would be 1950's, judging by, well, everything. Leather is very stiff and very thick and I know it's not really possible to tell but I'm fairly certain we're talking horsehide here.
Fully lined in cotton drill. They fit me perfectly, too, which is always a good bonus when buying something very old like this.
In any case, I know there isn't much interest in leather pants but I don't suppose a few photos of such a nice, proper vintage piece of outerwear will hurt the thread (too much).

Aero Majestic! I've wanted for so long but wasn't quite willing to go full boat on a roughout jacket. With Aero's discount code and the VAT removal it's coming to me for an absolute steal (in my opinion).
Just pulled the trigger on an Aero Shackleton from their stock pages for similar reasons, discount code and VAT removed. Now all I have to do is add the Irish VAT, customs duty and admin charges for the privilege of importing a jacket. Still looking forward to receiving it. Good luck with your jacket.

I just took a gamble on this brand new old stock Codet Northland wool jacket.
The seller made me an offer I couldn't refuse at $47 shipped.

I'm not sure about their recent quality but I know they once had a reputation for great wool outerwear.

I'll see when I get it, I wanted something lighter weight and this 65% blend ( not great I know) I believe is going to be a 17oz.
At least their current Big Bill jackets in the 65% blend are listed as 17oz, this should be great for cool mornings on mid- late September 70°f-80°f days.
